Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full deposit refund.

By booking an appointment, you consent to receive emails and text messages from ColdBrew Photography for appointment reminders and related communications.

4. Photography Sessions:

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their sessions. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Use of Photographs:

We retain the copyright to all images.

Clients receive a limited license to use the photographs for personal purposes.

6. Payment:

Full payment is required at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are subject to change, but bookings will be honored at the price at the time of booking.

7. Liability:

We are not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property during the photography session.

8. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
